How do I place my order via the CAFE COTON online store?
To place an order via the CAFE COTON online store, simply browse the website by accessing the products offered in the different categories. You can navigate by searching by item type, range, feature or category. Then select the items you want to purchase by clicking on “add to bag”. When you have the items you wish to purchase in your bag, you can check the content by clicking on the bag, then let yourself be guided through the purchase process by clicking on the “Order” button.
Your order will be prepared by our warehouse within 48 working hours. It is then given to the carrier according to the delivery method and the country you have selected.
Delivery times are then between 2 and 6 days after your order has been given to the carrier.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are shipped within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when your package has been prepared and despatched.
How can I find out the status of my order?
We will send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order has been confirmed. In this email you will find a summary of your order and a link allowing you to access your account and track your order status. Your order will go through the following statuses: “Confirmed”, “Processing” and finally “Despatched”. When your package has been given to the carrier, you will then receive a new e-mail telling you that your package was handed to the carrier. This email will contain a parcel tracking number which you can use to follow its progress.
How do I cancel or modify my order?
You can to cancel or modify an order when it has not yet been despatched to our carrier. Any changes made to your order will be accepted the same day provided you notify us by email to email@example.com before expected date of dispatch of your order.
